		<description>I do like the concept of health being energy for living.  Let&#039;s face it: if one has no energy for living then one&#039;s health will clearly reflect this. It is essential to achieve balance in one&#039;s life and that is part of what you are indicating.  To drive yourself to exhaustion is obviously not a healthy path!  I am very tuned in to energy because of the healing work that I do. I believe that to achieve the free-flowing life energy that is necessary to keep one in a positive and vibrant state of health, one must practice moderation in some areas of one&#039;s life and certainly balance all areas of life.  Even though &quot;work&quot; might consist of truly following one&#039;s passion and purpose, it is still key to set aside time for relaxation, fun, and family - time to revitalize our energy levels. So these are excellent points you have made!</description>
